In 1997 ,
Avrand Plastic Co. was established with the target of manufacturing all
kind of extrusion parts, and its first product was presented in 1999.
In 1999, A.P.
Co., entered to vehicle industry based on its strong potential and started
by manufacturing fuel transfer lines for all passenger cars manufactured
by IranKhodro , and also all kind of plastic hoses for passenger cars
and long vehicles .
Today, Avrand
Plastic has presented herself, as the first and only manufacturer of the fuel
line transfer collection in Iran .
Avrand plastic is the first
and the only manufacturer of multilayer polyamide pipes in the Middle-East.
Avrand plastic transferred the
technology of producing of multilayer polyamide pipes to Iran and this
company is third producer of these products in the world.
The ability of the production:
diameter from 2mm up to 35mm.
By equipping the injection
saloon of AP Co., this company is now able to produce plastic
Parts from 2gr up
to 4000gr.
During the
all stages of production from coming raw materials of consumption pieces to
finish the production, the quality control units has covered all the
production stages by using advanced instruments and expert forces.
Leak test on
the fuel pipes is done 100% completely.
The
Avrand's has equipped its laboratory as an autonomous unit in order
to accomplish its goals and commitments.
The plant of
Avrand Plastic Company is located in the industrial town of Safa Dasht, having
10000 square meter of area including 5000 m2 of manufacturing area, a ware
house with the total area of 1000 m2, 120 m2 for a well equipped
laboratory.
